Quick Answers
Your most common questions, answered.
How does Supply2Flow handle compliance and company approval?
Supply2Flow operates with full transparency. All inventory listings must be authorized by the company that owns the materials. Facilitators are required to confirm they have permission to list inventory, and all transactions are documented within the platform. Supply2Flow does not support anonymous or unauthorized listings.
Who can list inventory on Supply2Flow?
Inventory can be listed by: 1. Employees authorized by the inventory-owning company, or 2. External representatives acting with explicit company approval. The company always remains the legal owner of the inventory throughout the process.
Who receives the 2% facilitator reward?
The facilitator reward is generated only after a successful, completed transaction. Depending on company policy: 1. The reward may be paid to the individual facilitator, or 2. It can be directed to the company instead. Participation requires company authorization, and Supply2Flow does not bypass internal compliance rules.
When is the facilitator reward paid?
Rewards are calculated after payment is confirmed and the transaction is completed. Payouts are processed within the platform’s standard payment cycle and are subject to verification and applicable tax requirements.
What happens if a transaction is canceled or refunded?
Facilitator rewards are paid only on completed, non-refunded transactions. Canceled or refunded orders do not generate rewards.
Who handles payment and transaction security?
All payments are processed securely through the Supply2Flow platform.
Transactions are documented, traceable, and designed to support professional supply chain and finance requirements.
Does Supply2Flow handle shipping and logistics?
Supply2Flow facilitates the transaction and buyer–seller connection.
Shipping terms, logistics responsibilities, and delivery details are agreed upon between buyer and seller as part of the transaction process.
