How does Supply2Flow ensure compliance and prevent misuse?

All facilitators must have explicit authorization from their employer to list inventory. Supply2Flow may audit accounts, verify listings, and withhold commissions if fraud, duplication, or misrepresentation is detected.

The Facilitator is responsible for carrying out inventory and facilitating unsuccessful transactions. The Facilitator must be a registered user and have an valid account. The Facilitator may be an individual (or which could include a senior official in his or her own capacity registered as a Facilitator) or an entity (a company of its own).

Commissions are processed within 30 business days after a verified sale is completed and payment confirmed. Payments are made via ACH transfer, minus any applicable tax withholdings.

Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refundable sales. Cancelled or refunded orders void the commission.

The company retains 100% of the sale value, while the 2% facilitator commission motivates employees to identify and act on excess inventory. This helps reduce write-offs, free up warehouse space, and improve working capital, all while staying compliant and transparent
