Commission Policy

1. Overview
This Commission Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which individuals or entities (“Facilitators”) may earn commissions by uploading inventory to Supply2Flow.com and facilitating successful transactions between sellers and buyers. This policy is incorporated by reference into our [Terms of Service].
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to receive commissions, Facilitators must:
• Be a registered user of Supply2Flow.com.
• Have an active account in good standing.
• Upload inventory listings that meet all platform guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Submit valid tax documentation (e.g., W-9 for U.S.-based individuals/entities).
• Be authorized to upload inventory on behalf of the company that owns the products.
3. Commission Structure
Facilitators will earn a commission based on the Net Sale Price of qualifying transactions.
Net Sale Price = Gross sale price minus taxes.

Standard Commission Rate: 2% of the Net Sale Price
4. Commission Payment Terms
• Commissions will be processed within 30 business days of verified transaction completion.
• Payments will be made via ACH transfer.
• All payouts are subject to applicable tax withholding and reporting.
5. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
Supply2Flow reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if:
• Listings are found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or misleading.
• The facilitator has violated the Terms of Service or misrepresented their authority.
• The transaction is flagged for chargeback, fraud, or dispute.
Supply2Flow may audit any user account to verify legitimacy of commission claims.
6. Ownership & Authorization
Facilitators must ensure that:
• They have express permission from the seller to list and promote the inventory.
• The inventory listed is available and accurately described.
• They are not misrepresenting another company’s assets or using confidential data.
7. Policy Updates
Supply2Flow reserves the right to update this Commission Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued participation in the commission program indicates acceptance of any updates.
